Hi and thanks for coming!

YES, you read it right, I'm going to be walking 60 miles in 3 days! I am scared and excited, nervous and happy all at the same time.

On May 17th-19th, 2002, I will be walking with 3,000 other committed people from Leominster to Boston. We will walk 20 miles per day and sleep in tents and shower in the back of a tractor trailer truck! Can you imagine? I can't! It is going to be an incredible experience and I know that I can do it!!! :)

I bet you are all thinking that I'm crazy? I'm NOT! I think I'm crazy to not walk the 60 miles to fight breast cancer!

Pictured above are my Mom and Dad on their 25th wedding anniversary cruise, in 1998. In 2000 my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought hard and did not give up and now she is doing well and cancer FREE! Thank GOD for that! My wish for them is to have another 25+ years together healthy and happy!

I am participating in this walk for my mom and all the Moms, daughters, husbands, friends, sisters, dads....For EVERYONE that is affected when a women or a man is diagnosed with breast cancer!
YES, men can get breast cancer also!!! I did not know this. Every year 182,000 women and 1,500 men are diagnosed!
I can make a difference!!!!!

I am committed to raising at least $1900 for the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, but my personal goal is $2500 or more!

I hope that you will make a donation to the breast cancer effort! Any amount is good. Even a $. Nothing is too little.
